Whether you are a savvy sartorialist prepping for a shoot or a performer that needs a bold stage look, ELUKE can help fulfill your accessory needs. With our rental program, we invite you to select pieces to loan from our current online selection.

All rental fees are payable to ELUKE Co. LLC upon rental. Rental payment methods are final. Rental fees are determined on a per piece basis for a rental period of seven (7) days and will be stipulated in your contract. A valid US I.D. and credit card are required for ALL rentals.
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal are accepted. We do not accept personal checks or cash.
Upon request, ELUKE accessories may be altered to fit upon rental. However, alterations made by the renter are strictly prohibited.
Please include your copy of your rental contract in order to facilitate your return and have all items in the original packaging supplied at the time of your rental. The return date is seven (7) days after the start date. The return date will be marked on the rental contact. If for any reason you need more time, please inform us within 24hrs of your due date to prevent late fees.
loss and damage
If merchandise is lost or damaged, a replacement fee of twice (2) the value of the item(s) plus applicable tax will be charged to your account. Damage charges will be incurred for broken clasps, detachments, make-up, food/permanent stains or any other damage that renders the item(s) not rentable or sellable. Damage charges include the cost of the supplies and labor needed to restore the item(s) to its original state.
If the item cannot be arranged for pick-up, renter will incur a shipping fee that will be included in rental contract and charged to the rental payment method. Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground within 3 days of contract signature. Tracking information will be provided automatically upon shipment of the package.
We will provide a return label to the email provided in your filled-out return/exchange form.
late return policy
If the renter returns the merchandise late, a daily late penalty fee of twenty-five dollars ($25 USD) will be charged to the method used to pay the rental fee or to any other payment card included in your account information that you have provided to ELUKE. For every day that the renter is late returning the merchandise, the renter agrees to incur a penalty fee applicable for up to 7 days after the agreed upon return date.
The late fee is payable for each order of merchandise that is not returned when due, not for each item that is the subject under the order that is late. If you have not returned merchandise within fourteen (14) days after the return date for the merchandise, the item(s) will be considered nonreturnable and ELUKE will charge the payment method a replacement fee of twice the value of each item that is not returned.
If rescheduling a return is required, the renter will schedule another date to return the merchandise at a minimum of 24 hours by emailing or calling the ELUKE representative listed on the merchandise release form. Rescheduling must be approved in order to defer late return fees.
